On Sunday, August 2, congregations across Texas will come together for a special service focused on hunger and faith. While faith communities, nonprofits, and charitable organizations help feed about 10% of hungry Texans, SNAP provides food assistance to the remaining 90%.

We're inviting Texans to add their names in support of SNAP because no family should have to wonder where their next meal will come from.

WHERE: At your church — every parish hosts their own Call to Feed the Hungry Sunday.

HOW: Sign the card, Attend worship, invite friends to hear the sermon, connect with your community.

If your church can’t celebrate A Call to Feed the Hungry Sunday on August 2, the promotional toolkit is available and the promotional materials are editable to help you promote the public kickoff throughout August.
